1. How much do I have to pay for using erWin?
erWin’s costs depend on the desired access duration. You have the possibility to request access to Online service information either for one hour, one day, one week, one month, or one year.

2. How do I get my password?
The password will be sent to your e-mail address shortly after successful registration.

3. Forgot your password?
Then go to Forgot your password? Page. There please enter your e-mail address and click on Send. You will receive a new password immediately per email, which you can change again into your personal password after login.

4. Login failed!
Check the correct entry of your e-mail address and password. The password is case sensitive.

5. The document can be opened, but only one page is legible.
Older versions of Adobe Acrobat Readers can result in problems when reading the documents Please install the newest version of Acrobat Readers which is available free of charge.

6. Can I also use erWin with other browsers?
The erWin Web Shop was optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer. See also System requirements.

7. Will the order range of erWin be expanded in the future?
The erWin Online site is not yet complete. New documents are added continuously.

9. What is the time span between order and activation?
The flatrate is activated immediately after successful booking in the shopping basket.

Enquiries with regards to the contents of documents can be made via the Feedback Channel. Use the FEEDBACK/Create under the menu item "Repair and servicing information" for this purpose. You must have a valid flat rate in order to use this function to get an answer to your question.
